Terms Of Service
These terms apply to photo booth rentals booked with justaglimpse ("we", "us") and to use of justaglimpse.ca. By booking, you ("the client") agree to them.
Booking And Deposit
A booking request is not confirmed until we confirm availability in writing and receive your deposit. The deposit holds your date and is applied to your package price. Owner: deposit amount and when the balance is due
Cancellations And Changes
Please tell us as early as possible if your plans change. Owner: is the deposit refundable? Rescheduling rules? Cut-off dates?
Booth Time
Your package covers the stated hours of booth operation. Set-up and pack-down happen outside those hours. Extra hours can be added on the night if our schedule allows. Owner: extra hour rate, overtime rules
Venue Requirements
The client is responsible for confirming that the venue allows a photo booth and for providing a suitable indoor space and power outlet near the booth. Owner: footprint and power needs; travel fees outside the GTA
Care Of Equipment
Our attendant operates the booth at all times. The client is responsible for damage to the booth, props or backdrop caused by guests, other than normal wear.
Photos
Photos are printed on site and delivered through an online gallery. The client may use the photos for personal purposes. Owner: whether justaglimpse may use photos for its own marketing, and how to opt out
Limitation Of Liability
If a technical problem we cannot fix on site interrupts the service, our liability is limited to a refund of the amount paid for the affected time. We are not liable for indirect losses.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
