This policy explains how justaglimpse ("we", "us") handles personal information when you visit justaglimpse.ca, request a booking, or appear in photos taken at an event we serve. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

- Event photos: photos taken in the booth at your event, which are printed on site and placed in your online gallery.

How We Use It
We use booking details to check availability, reply to you, prepare your quote and deliver your event. We use event photos to produce prints and your online gallery. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Owner: do you use event photos for marketing (Instagram, this website)? If so, say how guests or hosts can opt out.
Who We Share It With
We share information only with services that help us run the business, such as our website host, email provider and the frame.up online gallery, and only as needed to provide those services. We may disclose information if required by law.
How Long We Keep It
We keep booking records for as long as needed to deliver your event and meet tax and accounting obligations. Online galleries stay available for a limited time after your event. Owner: gallery retention period

Your Choices
